7 <br />Spring 2014 <br />Community Engagement Survey <br />How connected do you feel in your community? In your opinion, what is the City of Lake Elmo lacking? Initiated by the <br />City’s NextGen committee, the City of Lake Elmo is seeking feedback from residents regarding their engagement in the <br />community, and needs and desires for the future. Please consider taking a moment to answer a few short questions. <br />Completed surveys can be mailed to Lake Elmo City Hall, Community Survey, 3800 Laverne Ave. N., Lake Elmo, <br />MN 55042, or dropped off at City Hall. The survey is also available to take online at www.lakeelmo.org/survey. Those <br />who complete and return the survey prior to April 30, 2014 will be eligible to win a gift package from establish salon in <br />downtown Lake Elmo (please include name and contact information to qualify). <br />1.
