7 Spring 2014 Community Engagement Survey How connected do you feel in your community? In your opinion, what is the City of Lake Elmo lacking? Initiated by the City’s NextGen committee, the City of Lake Elmo is seeking feedback from residents regarding their engagement in the community, and needs and desires for the future. Please consider taking a moment to answer a few short questions. Completed surveys can be mailed to Lake Elmo City Hall, Community Survey, 3800 Laverne Ave. N., Lake Elmo, MN 55042, or dropped off at City Hall. The survey is also available to take online at www.lakeelmo.org/survey. Those who complete and return the survey prior to April 30, 2014 will be eligible to win a gift package from establish salon in downtown Lake Elmo (please include name and contact information to qualify). 1.
