<br />PUBLIC WORKS ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT 19 <br /> <br /> <br />Figure 10: Population / Water Pipe Miles <br /> <br />Figure 11, which shows the number of residents per mile of sewer pipe, would seem to indicate an exception to the <br />evidence of Lake Elmo being less densely developed than its peers. Lake Elmo has a population of 337 residents per <br />mile of sewer pipe, while the average peer has 267 residents per mile.
