Vote: 3-0, motion carried unanimously. (Mueller, <br />Rehkamp absent) <br /> <br />Approve Minutes: <br />M/S/P: Vrieze / Steil made a motion to approve the 11-14-22 meeting minutes. Vote: 3-0, motion carried <br />unanimously. (Mueller, Rehkamp absent) <br /> <br />Public Hearing: <br />N/A <br /> <br />New/Unfinished Business <br />a) 2023 Planning Department Work Plan: The Planning Commission is asked to review the proposed <br />Planning Department Work Plan for 2023. <br /> <br />Director Just gave presentation and answered questions. <br /> <br />M/S/P: Vrieze / Steil made a motion to recommend approval of the draft 2023 Planning Department Work Plan <br />Vote: 3-0, motion carried unanimously. (Mueller, Rehkamp absent) no discussion. <br /> <br /> <br />b) Impervious Surface Text Amendments: The Planning Commission is asked to make a recommendation to the <br />City Council on the proposed text amendment to the definition of impervious surface. <br /> <br />Director Just gave presentation and answered questions. <br /> <br />PROPOSED DEFINITION CHANGES: <br />Impervious surface means any structure or surface which interferes to any degree with the direct absorption of water <br />into the ground., including, but not limited to, building footprints, sidewalks, paved or gravel driveways and parking
