All four units are now 1.5 stories tall (rather than two being full two stories) <br />and are more visually separated with changes in massing that create the look of <br />four separate structures that are similar in scale to the neighborhood <br />8. The property will be professionally managed by a company that manages <br />dozens of properties. <br /> <br />The design and development team believes these changes address many of the <br />concerns raised from the community. We are eager to listen and work to create a <br />sensitive and quality design that will contribute positively to the community. We <br />have worked hard to adhere to all zoning regulations and believe all aspects of the <br />project are fully compliant with all applicable guidelines and regulations as <br />designed.
