<br /> <br /> <br />Water Quality Summary <br />Per VBWD standards, a volume of runoff equivalent to 1.1” over the new and <br />reconstructed impervious surfaces must be infiltrated. Due to the presence of Type D <br />soils, infiltration is not feasible. In order to satisfy the volume requirement, credits will <br />be purchased from the City of Lake Elmo for the use of their regional infiltration facility <br />and to satisfy the requirements of the VBWD. <br /> <br />Total New/Reconstructed Impervious = 10,056 SF <br />Total Required Infiltration = 10,056 x 1.1” ÷ 12” = 922 CF
