STAFF REPORT <br />DATE: March 21, 2023 <br /> CONSENT <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: City Center-Public Works Addition Pay Request #14 <br />SUBMITTED BY: Kristina Handt, City Administrator <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />At the November 3, 2021 meeting, Council awarded bids for the new city center and public works <br />addition. Also established at that time was Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) with H+U for <br />construction costs. The GMP was $13,402,788. <br /> <br />ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL: <br />Should Council approve Pay Request #14 for the City Center and Public Works Addition project? <br /> <br />PROPOSAL: <br />Pay request #14 is for $679,542.31. A copy is included in your packet. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />With this pay request, the project remains within budget. <br /> <br />OPTION: <br />1) Approve pay request #14 <br />2) Don’t approve pay request #14 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />“Motion to approve Pay Request #14 for the New City Center and Public Works Addition.” <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />• Pay Request #14 <br /> <br /> <br />
