XX-YYY <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 105 OF THE LAKE ELMO CITY <br />CODE OF ORDINANCES BY REZONING ALL PROPERTY AT PID <br />34.029.21.44.0006 and 34.029.21.44.0004 FROM C (COMMERCIAL) <br />TO C-PUD (COMMERICAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Zoning Map Amendment. The following property is hereby rezoned <br />from C-Commercial to C--PUD –Commercial Planned Unit Development: <br /> <br />THE WEST ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST <br />QUARTER OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 21, EXCEPT THAT PART <br />DEPICTED AS PARCEL 33B ON MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />RIGHT OF WAY PLAT NO. 82-43 FILED MARCH 22, 1982, AS DOCUMENT NO. <br />429592, WHICH WAS TAKEN BY THE STATE OF MINNESOTA IN FINAL CERTIFICATE <br />DATED OCTOBER 4, 1989, FILED OCTOBER 24, 1989, AS DOCUMENT NO. 613150. <br />Washington County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. PUD District Regulations. Permitted uses and regulations <br />acceptable to the PUD are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br />1. Land Use – Use of the property shall be the same as the C-Commercial district <br />and the following industrial uses are allowed as conditional uses within this <br />PUD. <br />A. Light industrial <br />B. Non-production industrial <br />C. Motor freight and warehousing <br />D. Research and testing <br /> <br />2. Accessory Uses - Accessory uses shall be incidental to the principle uses of <br />the property and as allowed in the C- Commercial district. <br /> <br />3. Bulk Standards – Unless a PUD deviation has been granted or conditions <br />imposed, the standards for this property shall be those found in the C- <br />Commercial zoning District, Article XV of the Zoning Ordinance.
