6. That the preliminary PUD Plan is requesting too many deviations or variances from the code <br />and here are opportunities to meet the code. <br />7. That the preliminary plat and PUD staff report has too many conditions to approve. <br />8. That the preliminary PUD Plan lighting plan exceeds ordinance requirements and there are <br />concerns about lighting impacts on adjacent properties. <br />9. That the preliminary PUD Plan does not meet the required PUD Objectives or provide <br />benefits beyond general code requirements, <br />10.
