The name of the development should not include "Wildflower". Wildflower at Lake
Elmo is a very different type of development, with a character unlike that of the
proposed twin homes. Use of the Wildflower name for the Landucci project is
misleading, and would likely confuse twin home residents into thinking that there is a
connection between the developments, their developers and the Wildflower at Lake
Elmo Community Association (HOA).
2. There exists a natural barrier between the neighborhoods that should
remain. Established trees exist and mark a clear separation between the
developments. Removing these trees reduces the distinct difference between the two
neighborhoods.

Please consider our proposals in your review of the Landucci Construction development.
