The City is collecting a letter of <br />credit to cover any potential removal costs. <br />OPTIONS: <br />The City Council may: <br />•Approve the Conditional Use Permit with recommended findings and conditions of <br />approval. <br />•Approve the Conditional Use Permit with amended findings and conditions of approval. <br />•Deny the Conditional Use Permit based on the findings in the draft resolution. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve the CUP to allow a solar farm with the listed <br />conditions.
