2 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council does hereby <br />approve the Frisbie Brookman 3rd Addition Minor Subdivision (Preliminary Plat and Final Plat) <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The City Engineers’ comments shall be addressed prior to the City’s release of the final <br />plat. <br />2. The City Attorney’s comments related to the plat opinion shall be resolved prior to the <br />City’s release of the final plat. <br />3. Platting fees, including park dedication, shall be paid prior to the City’s release of the <br />final plat. <br />4. Development fees such as utility access and connection fees, AUAR fee, etc. shall be <br />paid with building permits. <br />5. That the developer records the approved Final Plat with Washington County within 180 days <br />after City Council approval.
