<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2023-033 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATED SERVICES FROM CAPRA <br />UTILITIES <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City <br />be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Capra Utilities has proposed contributing services to the City of <br />Lake Elmo; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said <br />contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of <br />services from Capra Utilities on behalf of the citizens of Lake Elmo. <br /> <br />APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 4h day of April, 2023. <br /> <br /> <br /> By: __________________________ <br /> Charles Cadenhead <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Julie Johnson <br />City Clerk
