These complaints include: <br />park management not allowing parking on the streets, electrical service issues, park management <br />not keeping up the streets by repairing them or plowing the snow, the golf course is not operating, <br />park management is raising rents, water main breaks, overgrown grass on walking paths, painting <br />on curbs is faded or missing, trees and bushes are overgrown, the playground is in need of repairs, <br />the pool is often closed during the summer, there are street lights that are out, and the sidewalk is <br />buckling. <br /> <br />The Cimarron Manufactured Home Community consists of seven tax parcels that are all <br />owed by MHC Cimarron LLC based out of Chicago, Illinois.
