The Recommended motion is as follows: <br />Motion to approve Resolution No. 2025-070, Ordering the Improvements for the 2026 Street and <br />Utility Improvements and the Preparation of Plans and Specifications for the recommended <br />improvements outlined in the Feasibility Report dated September 9, 2025. <br />Staff is also recommending the City Council authorize the City Administrator to enter into a contract for <br />the project design phase services in the not-to-exceed amount of $138,600.
