ISSUE BEFORE CITY COUNCIL: <br />Does City Council want to request that the City Attorney review the legal restrictions on building a solar farm <br />on a landfill? <br />OPTIONS: <br />1.Have staff spend a limited amount of time on the project <br />2.Request the City Attorney reviews the legal issues regarding the proposed project <br />3.Do not pursue a solar farm at the landfill at this time. <br />MOTION: <br />Motion to request the City Attorney review the legal issues regarding building a solar farm on the landfill. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />None
