The Proposed Project includes various measures to reduce adverse impacts to the <br />environment and existing natural resources. <br />2. The Proposed Project is subject to City, County, State, and Federal requirements. <br />3. The Project Proposer will secure all necessary permits and will adhere to all requirements <br />of the permits. <br />4. Considering the results of environmental review and permitting processes for similar <br />projects, the City of Lake Elmo finds that the environmental effects of the Proposed <br />Project can be adequately anticipated, controlled, and mitigated.
