2 <br />2. The EAW and the pertinent development processes related to the project have generated <br />information that is adequate to determine whether the project has the potential for <br />significant environmental effects. <br /> <br />3. Based on criteria in Minnesota Rules, part 4410.1700, the project does not have the <br />potential for significant environmental effects. <br /> <br />4. An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is not required for the proposed Limerick <br />Village Development Project.
