All Improvements shall be installed in
accordance with the approved Plans, the City approvals, the City Code, and the City’s
Engineering Design and Construction Standards Manual. Once the work is completed, the
Developer or the Developer’s representative shall submit a written request to the City asking for
an inspection of the initial improvements. The City will then schedule a walk- through to create a
punch list of outstanding items to be fully addressed or corrected by the Developer. Upon receipt
of the written punch list provided by the City, the Developer must complete all items on the punch
list and then notify the City to re-inspect the Improvements.
