Design Engineer are recommending that the City Council award the contract to the lowest responsible <br />bidder, Bituminous Roadways, Inc., as outlined in the attached letter. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT: Approval of this resolution commits the City to enter into a construction contract for <br />the project in the amount of $108,504.75. The project will be funded through the 2025 street maintenance <br />funds. <br /> <br />OPTIONS: <br />• Accept the Bids and Award a Contract to Bituminous Roadways, Inc. <br />• Do not move forward with this project <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff are recommending the City Council approve, as part of the consent agenda, <br />a resolution Accepting Bids and Awarding a Contract to Bituminous Roadways, Inc. for the bid amount of <br />$108,504.75 for the 2025 Mill and Overlay project.
