The report serves to identify the necessary <br />improvements, the estimated project costs, and to consider the assessment of a portion of the project costs <br />to the benefitting properties. The 2026 Street Improvement project includes 3 different neighborhood areas <br />as categorized below. <br />Lake Elmo Heights <br />26th Street North, Inwood Avenue North to Imperial Avenue North <br />27th Street North, Inwood Avenue North to Imperial Avenue North <br />Imperial Avenue North <br />Innsdale Avenue North, 27th Avenue North to CDS <br />Lake Elmo Heights (Access from Stillwater Boulevard) <br />Innsdale Avenue North, Stillwater Boulevard to CDS
