1 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2025-15 <br />AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE STREET NAME OF KNIGHTSBRIDGE TRAIL <br />NORTH TO KNIGHTSBRIDGE LANE NORTH WITHIN NORTHSTAR 2ND ADDITION <br />FINAL PLAT <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby renames Knightsbridge Trail <br />North as platted in the Northstar 2nd Addition Final Plat: <br />SECTION 2. <br />Subd. 1. For the purpose of this ordinance, the terms defined in this section shall have the <br />meanings ascribed to them. <br />Subd. 2. Existing Street Name. The term existing street name shall mean the name by <br />which a street is designated on the Northstar 2nd Addition Final Plat. <br />Subd 3. New Street Name. The term new street name shall mean the name by which a <br />street shall be known from and after the effective date of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 4. The City is being asked to consider a request by Washington County to correct the <br />street naming within Northstar 2nd Addition from Knightsbridge Trail N to Knightsbridge Lane <br />N as shown in Exhibit A; and <br />SECTION 5. The Existing Street Name of Knightsbridge Trail North as designated on the <br />Northstar 2nd Addition Final Plat shall have a New Street Name of Knightsbridge Lane North. <br />SECTION 6. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon <br />adoption and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SECTION 7. Adoption Date.
