CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-063 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATED FUNDS FROM <br />KRUEGER TREE FARM AND LAKE ELMO BANK <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City <br />be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Krueger Tree Farm and Lake Elmo Bank have each proposed <br />contributing $500 to the City of Lake Elmo; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said <br />contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo and the City of Lake Elmo <br />Centennial Celebration; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of <br />$500 each from Krueger Tree Farm and Lake Elmo Bank on behalf of the citizens of <br />Lake Elmo. <br />APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 16th day of September, 2025. <br />By: <br />Charles Cadenhead <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />lie o <br />C y Clerk <br />
