2. That the Inwood Townhomes I't Addition Final Plat, PUD, and Easement Vacation Plans <br />are consistent with the intent of the 2040 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan and the 2040 <br />Land Use Map for this area. <br />3. That the Inwood Townhomes 1st Addition Final Plat, PUD, and Easement Vacation Plan <br />complies with the general intent of the High Density Residential (HDR) zoning district <br />with PUD modifications. <br />4. That the Inwood Townhomes 1st Addition Final Plat, PUD, and Easement Vacation Plan <br />generally complies with the Lake Elmo Design Guidelines and Standards Manual. <br />5. That the Inwood Townhomes Is' Addition Final Plat, PUD, and Easement Vacation <br />generally complies with the City's Subdivision regulations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council does hereby <br />approve the Inwood Townhomes I st Addition Easement Vacation subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The City hereby declares that the Drainage and Utility Easements depicted in Exhibit A <br />are vacated upon all of the following conditions being satisfied: <br />a. The Inwood Townhomes 1 st Addition Final Plat that includes the drainage and <br />utility easements required by the City; <br />2.
