Ownership Interests. According to the Commitment and the Certificate, the owner of the <br />Property is Chama Mission, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. <br /> <br />a. The fee owner of the Property does not need to sign the RLS. <br />A Brian Zeller signed both the minor subdivision application and the affirmation of <br />sufficient interest. From reviewing the Minnesota Secretary of State records, Brian <br />Zeller’s affiliation with Chama Mission, LLC is unclear. The fee owner should <br />provide documentation that Brian Zeller is affiliated with the fee owner of the <br />Property and may sign on its behalf. <br />b. According to the Commitment and the Certificate, Royal Credit Union has a <br />mortgagee interest in the Property. The mortgage will likely need to be amended or <br />partially released to reflect the legal description of the Property after the subdivision
