The contractor’s expected substantial completion date is <br />10/31/25 for all work on site. Following substantial completion, the contractor will prepare the documents <br />required for Final Completion and final payment. <br /> <br />ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL: Should the City Council approve Pay Request No. 1 for the 2025 Crack <br />Seal Project? <br /> <br />PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS: StonePros LLC DBA SealPros has submitted Pay Request No. 1 <br />in the amount of $130,658.15. The request has been reviewed and payment is recommended in the amount <br />requested. In accordance with the contract documents, the City has retained 5% of the total work completed. <br />The amount retained as of this pay request is $5,509.86. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT: None. Partial Payment is proposed in accordance with the Contract for the project. <br />Payment remains within the authorized scope and budget. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff is recommending that the City Council approve, as a part of the Consent <br />Agenda, Pay Request No. 1 for the 2025 Crack Seal Project. If removed from the consent agenda, the <br />recommended motion for the action is as follows: <br /> <br />Motion to approve Pay Request No. 1 in the amount of $130,658.15 to StonePros LLC DBA SealPros <br />for the 2025 Crack Seal Project. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
