Project work included restriping street segments included in the 2025 Seal <br />Coat project. <br /> <br />ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL: Should the City Council accept the improvements and approve Pay Request <br />No. 1 (FINAL) for the 2025 Street and Utility Improvements Project? <br /> <br />PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS: The 2025 Striping Project has been fully completed. The project <br />engineer has prepared a Certificate of Completion and is recommending acceptance of the improvements <br />and release of payment in full. The one-year warranty period will begin on November 18, 2025 and will <br />extend to November 18, 2026. <br /> <br />Sir Lines-a-lot, LLC. has submitted Partial Pay Request No. 1 in the amount of $14,143.34. The request <br />has been reviewed and payment is recommended in the amount requested. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT: None. Payment is proposed in accordance with the Contract for the project. Payment <br />remains within the authorized scope and budget. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff is recommending that the City Council approve, as a part of the Consent <br />Agenda, accept the improvements and approve Pay Request No. 1 (FINAL) to Sir Lines-A-Lot, LLC in the <br />amount of $14,143.34 for the 2025 Striping Project. If removed from the consent agenda, the recommended <br />motion for the action is as follows: <br /> <br />Motion to accept the improvements and approve Pay Request No. 1 (FINAL) in the amount of <br />$14,143.34 to Sir Lines-A-Lot, LLC. for the 2025 Striping Project. <br /> <br />
