11 <br />Allowable Working Hours <br />•City of Lake Elmo Code (13.00.090 Construction Equipment), allows heavy equipment <br />to operate during the following hours: <br />•Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm <br />•Saturday from 8am-6pm <br />•Requesting the following working hours for this project: <br />•Monday-Friday from 6am-8pm <br />•Saturdays from 7am-6pm <br />•Sundays from 8am-6pm <br />These allowable working hours does not mean crews will be in the area during these full <br />periods of time. By extending allowable working hours, it creates additional flexibility <br />for the contractor to work extended hour days or weekends to get the project <br />completed on time.
