Stillwater Cont. <br />Performance Standards <br />•May not host events of more than three unregistered guests <br />•Maintenance standards <br />•Must meet the parking requirements for their zoning district <br />Nuisances <br />•“Three strikes you’re out” policy. Licenses may be suspended or revoked if: <br />1.It is the third substantiated and relevant complaint or violation within a 12-month period. <br />2.The licensee has acted in an unauthorized manner or beyond the scope of the license. <br />•Depending on circumstances/severity of the violation of City Code, the City Council may hold a <br />license hearing for consideration of suspension, revocation or conversion to a provisional license, <br />if deemed appropriate. <br />•All complaints must be substantiated, via photos/videos, which are then further investigated by <br />Code Enforcement or Police.
