Oak Park Heights <br />Short-term rentals are permitted in all residential districts with a Conditional Use Permit. <br />•The rental must have a State license for lodging <br />•Permits are non-transferable. <br />•Are not required to be owner-occupied <br />•Must be a detached single-family home <br />•May not be located closer than 500 feet from other transient lodging <br />Performance Standards <br />•Comply with Fire and Building code <br />•Limit of 3 transient guests per bedroom and a limit of 3 bedrooms for transient lodging <br />•Dining shall not be open to the public <br />•Two off-street parking spaces shall be provided plus one for each bedroom over two bedrooms
