It is balanced, is sound over the short and long <br />term, and it reflects the city’s practice to continuously review how services are provided to <br />ensure the most innovative, cost-effective and efficient delivery of programs and services <br />for our community. <br />There are several resources noted on the next page that provide additional context to our <br />work, city finances, and property taxes.
