The Lake Elmo <br />Jaycees will be donating to the City of Lake Elmo at this meeting. <br />ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL: Should Council accept the donation of $8,600 from the Lake Elmo <br />Jaycees? <br />PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS: The Lake Elmo Jaycees will be presenting a check for $8,600 to <br />the City Council at the meeting. Included in your packet for acceptance as part of the Consent Agenda is a <br />resolution for the Council to officially accept the donation. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: The City budgeted for $7,500 in donations for 2025 and has received to date $14,000 <br />in addition to this current donation amount of $8,600. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1)Approve the donated funds from the Lake Elmo Jaycees. <br />2)Do not accept the donation from the Lake Elmo Jaycees. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />If removed from the consent agenda: <br />“Motion to accept donated funds for the Lake Elmo Jaycees.” <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution-Accepting Donated Funds from the Lake Elmo Jaycees
