The Development Agreement included oversizing of City <br />watermain along Linora Avenue and a section of Stillwater Way. The Watermain Improvements have been <br />completed and accepted as of January 6th, 2026, and the 2-year warranty period has been initiated. <br /> <br />ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL: Should the City Council approve payment for the City oversize cost <br />reimbursements for the watermain installed under the Bridgewater Village Development Agreement? <br /> <br />PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS: Staff has received and processed a request for City reimbursement <br />of the watermain pipe oversizing costs related to the Bridgewater Village Development Agreement. This <br />request has been reviewed and is being recommended for approval in accordance with the approved <br />Development Agreement, and contingent on the developer being current with all other payments and <br />obligations, including a positive escrow balance as required by the City. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT: Oversize payment is recommended in the amount of $44,828 for the watermain <br />oversize costs. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff is recommending that the City Council, as part of the Consent Agenda, <br />approve payment for the City oversize cost reimbursement for the Bridgewater Village watermain. The <br />payment is contingent on the developer being current with all payments and obligations in accordance with <br />the Site Improvement Agreement, including a positive escrow balance as required by the City.
