CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 2026-005 <br />APPOINTING A DIRECTOR TO THE RAMSEY/WASHINGTON <br />CABLE COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo shall appoint a Director as a representative to <br />the Ramsey/Washington Suburban Counties Cable Communications Commission II; and <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lake Elmo shall notify the Commission office of the <br />appointment of any Director; and <br />WHEREAS, The City Council desires to appoint Councilmember Matt Hirn as <br />Director to represent the City of Lake Elmo <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Lake Elmo City Council <br />appoints Councilmember ___________ as Director for the Ramsey/Washington <br />Suburban Counties Cable Communications Commission II. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo on this 6th day of January, 2026. <br />By: __________________________ <br />Charles Cadenhead <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br />________________________________ <br />Julie Johnson, City Clerk
