Recommended Conditions of Approval (9) <br />1.The applicant must obtain all other necessary City, state, and other governing body permits and <br />approvals prior to release of the registered land survey for recording. <br />2.The City Attorney’s comments set forth in the RLS opinion shall be addressed prior to release of the <br />registered land survey for recording. <br />3.Any special assessments currently levied against the property subject to the RLS shall be transferred <br />or paid in full prior to release of the final registered land survey for recording. <br />4.The City Engineer’s comments set forth in the memo dated 9/23/2025 shall be addressed prior to <br />release of any building permits to the satisfaction of the City. <br />5. Prior to recording the registered land survey, the applicant must dedicate right of way to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer.
