DETAILS/ANALYSIS: <br />Staff researched three main areas of the Village to determine if additional amendments are needed. Those <br />areas are 1) the undeveloped land west of the Old Village, 2) the large farm tracts east of the Old Village, and <br />3) the Old Village areas that are primarily residential.
