Oak Park Heights Cont. <br />Nuisances <br />•Excessive occupant noise reported to the City and in violation of City Code shall receive a warning <br />on the first offence and a citation on the second. Continued citations shall be grounds for the <br />suspension of use permits. <br />•Building Official may perform site inspections at any time <br />•If violations are found, a public hearing shall be held to review the permit. The City Council may <br />revise or cancel the CUP.
