City Council Workshop Discussion <br />Staff presented their findings to the City Council at their November 12, 2025, <br />Workshop. Councilors were 3-1 in favor of permitting short-term rentals with <br />some restrictions. <br />Councilors discussed the following options for regulating short-term rentals: <br />•Adopting regulations to protect neighbors from nuisances such as noise <br />and large gatherings <br />•Limiting the number of lodging rooms <br />•Limiting the number of guests <br />•Limiting the total number of short-term rentals within the City
