Pursuant to state statute, municipalities are prohibited from <br />holding public meetings on the same evening as precinct caucuses. <br /> <br />ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL: <br />When should the February 3, 2026 meeting be held? <br /> <br />PROPOSAL/OPTIONS: <br />Staff is proposing that the council meeting be moved to Wednesday, February 4th at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />“Motion to reschedule the February 3, 2026 City Council Meeting to February 4, 2026.” <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />None <br /> <br />
