Background <br />Existing 6 -inch watermain constructed in mid 1960’s. 01 <br />Existing main located along the south boulevard of CSAH 14.02 <br />The line was not replaced as a part of the Old Village CIP <br />as staff was waiting to coordinate the replacement with <br />Washington County reconstructing the road. <br />04 <br />This segment of Stillwater Boulevard is currently not in the <br />Washington County’s 5 -year CIP. <br />05 <br />The wate rmain is e xpe rie nc ing s ignific ant fatigue due to <br />age. This has resulted in 7 breaks in the last 6 years with 5 <br />of those breaks occurring in the past 3 years. <br />03 <br />Counc il authorize d pre paration of plans and s pe c ific ations <br />on October 7, 2025. <br />06
