The application includes public <br />layers for parks and trails, water and sewer mains, <br />current and future zoning and more. Q3 of 2025 staff <br />completed GPS mapping of all city maintained irrigation <br />systems and all new curb stops installed in the last 12 <br />months. <br />Build and sustain resilient infrastructure to support a thriving and sustainable community. <br />Address water appropriations and PFAS <br />with appropriate agencies and promote <br />water conservation Lake Elmo Green Team formed-GreenSteps Gold Leaf <br />Program-Action Item-Water Conservation/Drought <br />tolerance <br />Water update workshop held on 4/8/25. White Bear Lake <br />Comprehensive workgroup, Lawsuit updates, 3M <br />settlement funds, 2024 annual water report <br />Sensus advanced metering infrastructure system installed <br />Q4 2024, implementation Q1 2025-help with leak <br />detection and meter issues. Q2 2025-ability to run <br />irrigation zone reports for irrigation enforcement. <br />Identify location for water treatment <br />plant <br />Staff met with land owners to discuss acquisition on <br />4/2/25. <br />Closed session held 6/17/2025. <br />Right of entry agreement signed September 2025, soil <br />borings, wetland delineation, topo survey and test well <br />work to be done.
