We have <br />implemented a new City financial software <br />system witih integrated utility billing, which <br />allows for better financial controls and more <br />efficient processing. Part of the change <br />includes a new utility payment system called <br />BS&A Payments. <br />The new system will allow paperless billing <br />and autopay. The current system, Paya- <br />Nuvei, is no longer available.
