OPTION 1: SFD OWNER’S REPRESENTATION <br />As your Owner’s Representative, SFD will represent you throughout the entire process of the <br />development of your facility, including site selection, design, entitlements, permitting, construction, and <br />post construction. We will act as your liaison with all parties throughout the process to ensure that your <br />best interests are always at the forefront of the project and the end-product matches your vision, goals, <br />timeline, and budget for the project. For the purposes of this proposal, we have broken down our services <br />into added value elements and traditional owner’s representative services <br />OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES <br />SFD shall perform the Basic Services described in this proposal. Each and every project is different and <br />will face unique challenges and circumstances throughout their development. SFD stands ready to take <br />on additional tasks as necessary to ensure a successful project. For the purposes of this proposal, we <br />have broken down our services into the following distinct project phases. <br />•Project Kickoff <br />•Facility Development Planning Session (FDPS) <br />•Conceptual Design and Pre-Design Phase <br />•Design Phase <br />•Procurement Phase <br />•Construction Phase <br />•Post Construction Phase <br />Phase 1 – Project Kickoff <br />SFD will establish an initial kick-off meeting to cover a wide array of topics to cover a high-level overview <br />of the project and the process. These topics include but are not limited to: <br />•Introductions & Project Roles <br />•Current Project Team Members <br />•Communication Protocol <br />•Collection of all Pertain Agreements <br />•Project History <br />•Partners and Stakeholders <br />•Existing Data, Reports and Plans <br />•Key Dates for the Project <br />•Review Facility Program <br />•Project/Development Budget <br />•Environmental Issues <br />•Development Schedule <br />Phase 2 – Facility Development Planning Session <br />Beginning with a Facility Development Planning Session, we will review the vision, financial forecasts and <br />business plan, programming, and space requirements, provide an initial design and project schedule review <br />with ownership and stakeholders. The goals and objectives outlined in this session will provide critical <br />guidelines for decision making throughout the project.
