The Parks Commission has listed five new pavilions in the CIP over the next five years. Without <br />an exact location planned, the Parks Commission has visited parks over the last two years and <br />has made a list of potential placements for these in the future. <br /> <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />Fiscal impacts are outlined in the 2026-2035 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). CIP items are <br />funded though the Parks Dedication Fund while Operations and Maintenance items are funded <br />through the Public Works Budget. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff would recommend providing the Parks Commission with direction on the need for future <br />Playground Replacements and the addition of future amenities within our parks . <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />• Parks CIP summary 2026 through 2035 <br />• Parks CIP detail 2026 through 2035 <br /> <br />
