Variables like your desired programming, <br />competition levels, square-footage, and budget influence our recommendations to you. As we lead you through <br />this process, we present the options, our recommendations, and our justifications for each item. You maintain <br />control and final say. <br /> <br />The following are key processes and deliverables during the procurement phase: <br /> <br />• FFE Bidder’s Interest Campaign <br />• Pre-qualifying Bidders/Suppliers <br />• RFP Review <br />• Bid Reviews and Recommendations <br />• Contractor Scope Review <br />• Contract Negotiation Feedback <br />• Schedule Feedback <br />• FF&E Scope Gap Analysis <br />• Submittals and Sample Review <br />• Loose Item Procurement List and Recommendations <br />Step 2 - Project & Process Management: Construction Phase <br />During the construction phase, your SFD project team is focused on providing our expertise to ensure your <br />project stays on schedule, on budget, and maintains the quality needed for operational excellence. In any <br />construction project, there are hundreds or thousands of individual elements that need to come together to <br />create a full functional, beautiful, and efficient facility. You SFD project team ensures the FFE/OS&E equipment <br />is ready to support your operations teams, events, and programs on grand opening day. <br /> <br />The following are key processes and deliverables during the procurement phase: <br /> <br />• Change Order Management <br />• Project Site Meetings <br />• Progress Payment Review/ Invoice Review <br />• Quality Review / Contract Compliance Review <br />• Minor Variations in the Work <br />• Dispute Resolution with Vendors <br />• Project Cost Reports <br />• Construction Scheduling <br /> <br />Step 3 -Project & Process Management; Post - Construction Phase <br />It’s often said the devil is in the details and that’s why step 3 of our Procurement Process is so important. No <br />one in the project will be more focused on ensuring the facility is turn-key ready for your operating team that <br />your SFD project team. We will work with all FFE/OS&E vendors to ensure your products are installed correctly, <br />pass quality controls, meet specification, and are fully operational. Included in your close out documents are the <br />manuals, maintenance information, and warranties needed for your operating team to maintain your facility for <br />years to come. <br />• Punch list generation and resolution <br />• Close Out Documents <br />• Training Coordination <br />• Wrap Report
