Background <br />•The Old City Hall was built in 1986 and is 2,806 square feet building <br />on a 1.5-acre site. It is a single-story wood framed building with a <br />shingle roof. <br />•The city moved into a new City Hall adjacent to the old building. <br />Since moving, the building has been leased but is currently vacant. <br />•The building needs considerable repair, which is outlined in the <br />Space Needs Study from 2017. <br />•The EDA plans to review all surplus, publicly owned property in <br />2026.
