The city has several important encroachments <br />onto the property that would need to be addressed in detail and preserved <br />as part of any sale. These encroachments may also place restrictions on <br />the full use of the property. See attached exhibit. City Hall driveway <br />encroachments along the north property line. Watermain and sanitary <br />sewer easements along the southeast property line. Stormwater <br />management for the commercial area (including city hall) along the west <br />property line.
