Requested Council Action <br />Staff is recommending the following: <br />•Council is asked to approve a resolution accepting bids and awarding a <br />contract to McNamara Contracting, Inc. for the bid amount of $1,570,583.60 <br />for the 2026 Street and Utility Improvements. <br />•Staff is also recommending that the City Council authorize the City <br />Administrator to enter into a material testing contract for the project in the <br />not-to -exceed amount of $30,000. <br />
