The driveway access area must be brought up to code ahead of any building permits for <br />redevelopment, per the Engineering memo dated September 23, 2025. <br /> <br />5. Prior to recording RLS No. 132, the Applicants must dedicate right of way by separate <br />easement to the satisfaction of the City, per the Engineering memo dated September 23, <br />2025. <br /> <br />6. All proposed easements shall be subject to review and approval by the City Attorney <br />and the City Engineer prior to the release of RLS No. 132 for recording. The drainage <br />and utility easement must be established along the entire north side of the building, <br />extending from the eastern property line to the western property line, and shall <br />encompass all areas outside of the building’s footprint. The final location and <br />dimensions of the easement shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to recording of <br />RLS No. 132. <br /> <br />7. The Applicants shall record RLS No. 132 and this Resolution within 180 days after <br />approval of this Resolution by the City Council and provide proof of recording to the <br />City.
