Recommended Conditions of Approval (7) <br />1.The Applicants must obtain all other necessary City, state, and other governing body <br />permits and approvals prior to release of RLS No. 132 for recording. <br />2.The City Attorney’s comments set forth in the RLS No. 132 Opinion memo shall be <br />addressed prior to release of RLS No. 132 for recording. <br />3.Any special assessments currently levied against the property subject to RLS No. 132 <br />shall be transferred or paid in full prior to release of RLS No. 132 for recording.
