6 <br /> <br />We are proposing to build a 28’ wide public road with ribbon curb within a 70’ right of <br />way. <br /> <br />11. Utilities <br /> <br />You may recall that I asked the City to consider PVC versus ductile iron for <br />watermain. Ductile iron is an outdated standard that the majority of cities have <br />gone away from. That said, we are planning on water connections to Inwood and <br />Imperial using ductile iron pipe and we are no longer asking for any exception to this <br />standard. <br /> <br />The City has told us that the water system we are installing will require a pressure <br />reducing value. We respectfully ask that those details be provided to us for <br />preparation of our preliminary plat. <br /> <br />12. County <br />We are working with County on roadway access. We will have had a meeting with <br />the County prior to meeting with the Council in February. <br /> <br />We look forward to discussing our Residential Estate plans with the Council.
